We started Emerge Living because we knew what property owners actually want: clear communication, tight operations and results they can count on.
Too many landlords were being let down, by agents who treated them as a number, or by trying to manage guests, cleaners and pricing around a full-time job. We believed there was a better way: a small, founder-led team that stays close to every property, keeps everything transparent and talks to owners directly.

Matt Finn
Co-founderMatt brings four years of experience in sales to Emerge Living. His commercial mindset, attention to detail and focus on clear communication help ensure landlords receive a professional, transparent and well-managed service.
Passionate about property and travel, Matt is closely involved in developing listings, building relationships and delivering a smooth experience for every landlord and guest.
Jaydn King
Co-founderAs a qualified surveyor with a degree in Real Estate & Property Management, Jaydn has spent the past five years working across the property sector, specialising in asset management and residential land acquisition. Having worked closely with landlords, property owners and tenants throughout his career, he brings a strong understanding of what it takes to protect and maximise the value of a property asset.
At Emerge Living, Jaydn oversees property onboarding and day-to-day operations, ensuring every home is professionally managed, well maintained and presented to the highest standard.
